Ash Tree’s after-school program provides a safe, enriching space for students to learn, grow, and thrive. From 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM, students receive homework support, participate in our signature Interactive Literacy activities (like LEGO building, comic creation, and educational games), and enjoy daily fitness time, tutoring, and snacks. It's a place where learning stays fun and purposeful—even after the bell rings.
2025–2026 After-School Program Registration
Enrollment is now open for Ash Tree Organization’s After-School Program for the 2025–2026 school year! Our program runs Monday–Friday from 2:45 - 6:00 PM, offering interactive literacy activities, tutoring, homework support, and more in a safe, enriching environment.

Payment Policy
We are excited to welcome your child to the Ash Tree After-School Program! To ensure consistent service and fair access for all families, please review our payment policy below.

All tuition must be paid through weekly, biweekly, or monthly automatic draft.

Payments are due each Friday for the upcoming week of services.

A $5 late fee will be applied to any payment not received by the close of business on Friday.

If your account balance becomes more than two weeks past due, your child may be removed from the program and the slot will be offered to a student on the waiting list.
Holiday Camp
Ash Tree’s Holiday Camp is a fun, full-day program for children ages 5–12, offered on select holidays that align with the local public school calendar. Whether school is out for a break or a single day off, we’re here to provide a safe, engaging, and enriching experience.
Each camp day features exciting themes, interactive games, outdoor play, arts & crafts, character-building activities, and the occasional field trip—all led by our energetic, caring team of counselors who are committed to making every day memorable.
